Der Strand vor Triton besteht aus Sand und weiter am Meer gemischt mit kleinen Steinen, im Wasser Sand. Allerdings gibts gleich im Meer auch Felsen, die sich sehr gut auch zum Schnorcheln eignen. Zwischen den Felsen aber recht gut sichtbare breite Sanddurchgänge. Die "sandigsten" Strände gibts am Westpeloponnes, z.B. bei Amaliada am Palouki oder Paradise. Dort Traumstrand mit Dünen. Ebenso weiter südlich bei Zacharo, dort aber keine empfehlenswerte Campingplätze. Lage der Plätze(Tholo und Apollon) schön, aber katastrophale Sanitäranlagen. |
