habe nun Antwort von Minoan auf meine Beschwerde erhalten. Auf keinen Punkt meiner Beschwerde wurde gezielt eingegangen - wie erwartet.
Ein Auszug daraus:

We would like to inform you that all your remarks have already been taken into consideration and instructions have already been passed on to our crew on board and to our company’s relevant departments, in order to upgrade the services and our hospitality on board. Moreover we assure you, that especially for the best hospitality of our passengers, special instructions are given to our crew and most of their inquiries are accepted, always under the terms and conditions of safety.
EUROFERRY OLYMPIA is indeed a smaller vessel compared to CRUISE EUROPA & CRUISE OLYMPIA, with limited availability in passengers’ cabins, which means that her facilities and common areas are proportionally different.
Regarding the crowded areas sometimes, the crew is rather tolerant, due to humanitarian reasons, particularly if it concerns families with young children.
We hope that some unfavorable incidents (due to the first itineraries of the vessel in the route of Ravenna), will not spoil your impression for MINOAN LINES and we will welcome you on board of our ferries, again, soon.
